What Bri's Cooking

I have a lifelong love affair with food. It may very-well be an unhealthy love affair. So?! I eat, ask, wonder, talk, think, sample and read about food, recipes and cooking so much that I figured, why not create a blog?!

What Bri's Cooking Cincinnati restaurants

Gino’s of Dunbar Review.  So if you didn’t know by now, I’m originally from Dunbar, West Virginia.  Its a little know place that I rep and one thing I love about it is always the food :-)

One of the places that’s a must stop for me & the fam when we come into town is Gino’s & Tudors Biscuit world.  Tudor’s has breakfast, Gino’s has lunch & dinner, but no matter what time it is, they have good eats! Needless to say, we ate breakfast at Tudor’s on our way into town, then as we were headed on our way we had Gino’s.

The Good: The pubwich is a complete surprise, I love a good chicken sandwhich, which is what led me to order this.  When they handed me the huge box, I realized I had ordered a half of a pizza worth of pubwhich.  It seems like such a novel idea: pizza crust + sandwich toppings = delish.

Their wings are epic.  I once tried to describe them to my bf & failed to impress, so I just waited until he joined me on a trip to WVa and forced him to eat some & he’s been hooked ever since!  We ordered 30 wings & a chicken ranch pubwhich, thinking this would be plenty of food.

The Bad: We were wrong.  We devowered the wings as a family while standing in the restaurant waiting for other food to be ready.  They’re just that good.

Score: I give Gino’s an A+!
