What Bri's Cooking

I have a lifelong love affair with food. It may very-well be an unhealthy love affair. So?! I eat, ask, wonder, talk, think, sample and read about food, recipes and cooking so much that I figured, why not create a blog?!

Lemon grass food review.
Headed here for lunch one day last week.  I love having pad thai for lunch, its filling, but light enough to not put me to sleep.  I drive past lemon grass almost weekly and always say, I’m going to try that place.  I finally made good on the promise.  I ordered the chicken lunch pad thai over the phone and it was ready to go when I got there.  The smell teased me all the way back to work.  The meal was chocked full of veggies, which I always appreciate.  I loved the subtle taste of lemon.  The noodles were really good and the chicken was tender.  Their sauce wasn’t spicy (I asked for no spice) and I loved the crunch that the bean sprouts & nuts added.  All in all, I think I paid about $6 for this meal and it was a really great portion.  Not a ton of food, the perfect size for lunch.  I can’t wait to head back and try some of their other food!
