Sugarfire Smokehouse food review.
There is a huge debate about what is the best BBQ is St Louis. Since we don’t have such great BBQ in Cincinnati, I think its all amazing. So when someone suggested Sugarfire was the best, I had to try it for myself. I couldn’t resist the rib & brisket combo w/ red beans & rice and sautéed veggies. I wanted to eat the brisket like a sandwich (my hubby would be proud), so I paid .50 cent for a toasted bun.
The sauce was amazing, the meat was smokey and tender and the sides were delicious. I really liked the food and would highly recommend trying it out!
